YU TANG

Yu Tang brings back the traditional flavours of Taiwanese milk tea, using only the highest quality ingredients and the most sophisticated techniques.

Yu Tang means "House of Pearls". The image of the pearl we want to create is not only the delicious, squishy pearl bubbles but also the image representing for a just-fine and complete drink: a glass of milk tea with a delicious, simple, brings a distinct, natural, and deep, yet not flashy and complicated taste. Each drink served to your hand will be a precious "pearl" of Yu Tang.

Yu Tang focuses on creating the most attractive combination of two basic ingredients: the tea leaf coming frrom Taiwan's best quality tea hill, and the premium milk flavour with a just-fine creaminess to highlight the natural tea taste. The temperature for tea boiling, the time amount for tea resting, the right milk kinds, the ratio of tea and milk mixture, etc. Everything is tested and modified by Yu Tang ourselves and Taiwanese experts of milk tea to achieve the traditional and original home-made milk tea flavor for each customers. No artificial flavours.
